Disappointed with the Service I had a frustrating experience with the salesperson. There were multiple promises made regarding delivery dates, but the items were not delivered as agreed. Despite several follow-ups, the delivery was delayed by 2 to 3 weeks beyond the promised date. Additionally, the price was increased without any prior notice. I only found out about the price change a week after I had already sent the purchase order, which is very unprofessional and inconvenient. I hope the company improves its communication and commitment to customers moving forward.
