At Beauty Bay Salon & Spa in Dubai Silicon Oasis, you'll feel incredibly relaxed. I recently had a gelish manicure there, and after finishing, they even provided a soothing massage. I noticed others getting manicures, and they received the same relaxing treatment. I highly recommend this place! Just be sure to ask for the best service to experience the absolute best. I was a client for more than 4 years in this saloon. I am so shocked how badly I was treated and disrespected on my last visit. I have booked an appointment and upon arrival, another person had the same appointment time with the nail technician. I had started my service, and meanwhile the receptionist kept me asking on which phone number I have booked and which person I have talked. I mentioned I booked by phone and dont know with who. After a few minutes again they came to ask me about my booking, like if I was there by mistake or even lying about it. I requested to speak with the person on the phone, I said I have booked and I had the phone call registration, she said “you need to help me” and “what phone did you call I want to check the cameras”, and I felt like I was not even a client there. The tone of voice extremely rude, loud and disrespectful. I replied: I am sorry this is not my problem, I don’t know how your system works. I just booked as always. Another lady was waiting, and apparently was speaking in Arabic. Maybe friends of the manager. The manager Zeina came, which she knows me for years. She was furious. Not even a single hello, just screaming and talking to the employees in a very rude way. So I told her: what’s the problem? I am your client for years! She said what number did you call and who did you speak with? Again I felt like questioned and doubted. I said: I am your client I should not have to resolve your issue. You have to find a way to make both clients happy. She left, not a single apologize or a smile. I shouldn’t go back there. But today I tried to call many times to book and they never picked up the phone. So I used another number and they picked. After confirming my appointment and asked my phone number, receptionist said she can’t book because the system says I am blocked. And then said, oh no sorry fully booked! What a shame!!!!!!! I was the one that should not step there again, and instead the audacity to lie to me a...

My kids enjoyed the haircut, Hind a Syrian Lady is amazing, she also cut my hair… we did manicure and Pedicure… the Saloon is not that fancy, but the staff are good… i think they must put a partition in-front of the door for more privacy…

Absolutely love this salon!!! I did gelish manicure and pedicure and the results are amazing. amy did my hands and Rama did my feet they are so professional and clean❤️

I go to this salon constantly as it’s super convenient and the service is excellent. Love my nails, they were done with such care and precision - despite language barrier. As I was waiting I got a complimentary massage that was so good it almost put me to sleep!
