It's ok. I actually live here and 3 years ago, it was better. Now, there is construction everywhere and they took down the clean grass area just to make more buildings and block sunlight. We need more green fir our environment.

Nice place to hang out only for residents. Not much for tourists to explore other than food options. Lots of Indian restaurants to explore at an affordable cost. You may get an unlimited deal as well for breakfast and lunch. Well connected to the transport with multiple bus stops nearby and the metro station is walking distance(depending on your walk capacity). Bay avenue mall has all shopping and food options and bay avenue park is nearby.

Lot of place to see. But have a very bad experience with regards to the delivery riders parked near the parking entrance. The rider just reverse after I passed his motorcycle. And it hits my side mirror. The delivery driver don't want to settle things for his mistake and don't want to give his license for the police report. He even go without waiting for the police to come. This kind of delivery rider should be banned. He is rude. Be aware of this rider.

Bay Avenue Park is a beautiful park located in front of Bay Avenue Mall in Business Bay, very close to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. The park features two play areas designed for kids, offering them a fun and safe environment to enjoy
