I recently visited the Bank of Baroda Bur Dubai branch to open an NRE account, and I had a great experience. The branch was not very crowded, which made the process smooth and efficient. Mr. Sathya was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He not only assisted me in opening the NRE account but also suggested opening an NRO account, which he explained would be useful in the future. The service was quick and professional, and I really appreciated the assistance I received. I'm now waiting for the kit. Thank you, Mr. Sathya, for your excellent support!

I have had a very disappointing experience with this bank. Customer service is the worst, unhelpful and unprofessional They don’t respond to calls, no matter how many times you try They don’t keep their promises, what they during deposits and what they do are completely different. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

Can not use HSBC cards as it proceeds automatically after entering 4 PIN numbers, while HSBC cards have 6 PIN numbers. Wio card was also rejected. Revolut worked
