I had a terrible experience with this place. They charge AED 5 per balloon to fill with helium, even if you bring your own balloons. Worse, half of the balloons I got filled lost their helium within an hour! When I brought it up with them, they just blamed the balloons, even though I paid extra for high-quality ones. Based on other reviews, it seems this happens even if you buy balloons directly from them. It’s a complete waste of money—do yourself a favor and find a better place.

Honestly good service but bad quality, these balloons were dead in less then 24hours! Tried reaching out to them and know more details but no replies, very disappointed. Not worth the price

I had a terrible experience with this balloon shop. They delivered helium balloons that were completely deflated, but when I contacted customer service to ask for an explanation, they accused me of lying and insisted that it was impossible for the balloons to be deflated upon delivery. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service was extremely disappointing. Would not recommend.
