Went to Dubai with my mom, for the first time! Had heard that I could get prescription glasses at a more affordable price than in the states.. Went on the first day of our trip, got an eye exam along with great service and options, from Julie. My prescription is complex - with astigmatism, progressives, different on each eye. Ended up buying a pair of glasses at a great price. The best part was that I was able to pick them up three days later!! & Have gotten tons of compliments 🤗

We went there to buy sunglasses for kids and us and the staff was really amazing and patient especially with kids who were changing their minds every min 🙃. They provide us with good advice. And gave us good discount.

After a 2 week wait I still haven’t heard about my lenses, appalling customer service! And when you message them to ask, they just tell you to wait a little longer rather than being honest. Definitely do not recommend getting lenses from here!
