Al Manar Grand Hotel Apartments

Excellent experience staying at the Al Manar Grand Hotel. Its location is perfect if you want to travel around using the Metro . The rooms are clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is excellent. 5 Stars to Mr. Chain Singh for his smiling face, pleasing demeanor and great housekeeping. I intend to come back here again . Would highly recommend.

I stayed at Al Manar Grand Hotel Apartments in Dubai for around two weeks in August 2025, and overall, it was a good experience with some areas for improvement. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a great location in Bur Dubai, just a short walk from the Bur-Juman Metro Station and nearby shops and restaurants. The morning breakfast was a highlight, offering a tasty variety of dishes, including both Indian and continental options, which suited my preferences well. The cleaning staff, particularly Mr. Saddam, was exceptional—keeping the room spotlessly clean and always being courteous and attentive. However, the reception staff, except for Mr. Arun, were a letdown. Most were unfriendly and not prompt in addressing requests, which made interactions frustrating. Mr. Arun was a standout, being professional and genuinely helpful. While the hotel’s quality, breakfast, and location are strong points, the reception team’s service needs improvement to elevate the overall experience. I’d consider returning, but I hope the front desk service improves.

The staff were professional and welcoming, the rooms were clean with a beautiful view, and the room service was excellent. Great location with easy access to transport and shopping. Very reasonable rates and high standards of hygiene. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Hotel is located in Mankhool,Spacious rooms ,Good Service.walkable distance to adcb or burjman metro station.near by bus stops. Friendly staff support from Mr Jegan , Bala & Lijil. Mr Jose has made my booking easier. The cleaning staff is very good. Rooms are neat & tidy. I stayed for the last 4 years on my vacation.

The hotel is located at a very good location, few meters away from ADCB metro station and a traffic junction. Rooms are big and well maintained. I liked food here as it was simple and tasty. They could provide more options in their breakfast menu. Tourists who stay here longer expect different variety everyday. Overall it is a very nice and safe place to stay. It is very easy to go to any part of the city from here.
