Really disappointed the guy who's answering the calls he is super rude and doesn't understand what he is saying. I am not sure he can speak English or no .he was really pissed off when i called him i really don't know what happens.

WORST SERVICE!!! On 13/05 I was leaving Dubai to the airport and this taxi driver asked is where was the drop and we said airport, we asked him how much and he said 70! We ensured we told him 2 drops 1. Terminal 3 2. ⁠terminal 2 He said okay and we got in He dropped my friend at terminal 2 where we stopped for exactly 1 min dropped the bags and her and I got in immediately Next was terminal 2 where I got down, and the driver threw mu bag on the pavement and said tab yoir card soon, I said show me the amount he said there are cars at the back. I tapped it as I know people in Dubai are very honest and I did not have any issues with drivers mu whole trip. I tapped my card and got down I suddenly get a message saying “700” has been debited!!!! Instead of putting 70 he put 700!! I went to the Dubai police and they contact ur helpline and put me in contact with +971 50 458 5381. First 2 days she said we found the driver and we are investigating. Then no reply. So Yesterday I messaged to ask her what’s happening. She has the guts to tell me, the driver DEMANDS 350! And the “business” has agreed to pay him that out of my money. 1. Why dint the driver just ask me for more money, why did he cheat and put it as 700. He said 70 and we said okay, he it was costing more, just tell us and we would have even doubled his asking and paid 140 or even 200. How can someone cheat this way? He kept asking me if I’m here on vacation or if I’m working in Dubai , will I be returning. He was working on this scam! 2. ⁠As a decent company why wasn’t the driver fired, does the company agree to cheating employees? Or is this a scam being done? The lady who I was in conversation with dint even inform me, rather said this is what is decided, the driver wants 350 and you as a business have agreed! What rubbish this is! 3. ⁠as a women, the driver was so rude. This has caused so much of stress and anxiety for me. Everything in Dubai was so good, this one instance completely shatt...

We tought that it is a normal taxi, nobody told us that the transfer will cost us that much.

Extremely unprofessional,the driver charged 700AED instead of 70AED and agreed to return only 400 AED after filing a police complaint and we where informed these kinda scams often happen in cabs.. they do not return our calls too .. our overall experience was good in Dubai except this cab driver who cheated us
