We recently visited here for our kids vaccination, and we had such a wonderful experience. The reception and registration process was incredibly smooth. There was minimal waiting time. A special thanks to Ms Sumy, nurse, who was exceptional. She was so kind, gentle & patient with our kids. She explained each steps of the vaccination process clearly and made sure we understood everything. We're very grateful for the great service and would highly recommend to other families, especially those coming in with young children. Thank you to the whole team! 🙏

Wow! I’ve been living in Dubai for 7 years, and this was my first time visiting — honestly, I’m truly impressed. Huge thanks to the leadership behind this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the entire process was handled with such professionalism. As someone who usually gets anxious when sick—especially after losing my insurance—I genuinely felt safe and cared for today. That peace of mind is priceless. Thank you once again for such an exceptional experience! God bless UAE❤️

I’m writing this to share a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience my family and I had at Barsha Health’s dental clinic — an experience that reflects a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and basic human empathy. We originally had an appointment scheduled for Monday, but due to my sister’s sudden chemistry exam, we couldn’t attend. We had asked the dentist beforehand if coming on Tuesday would be possible, and she clearly told us, “I’m here all week.” So we came as walk-ins on Tuesday, arriving at around 1:30–1:35 PM. We were the first ones there. Before going, we called several times, but the call center barely responded. When they finally picked up, they incorrectly told us that the dentist starts at 2:00 PM — but she actually began her shift at 2:30 PM. We sat and waited for nothing. It was a frustrating waste of time, made worse by the complete lack of proper communication and coordination between the staff and the front desk. Despite being told the dentist was “fully booked,” the clinic was completely empty. Nurses were sitting behind the counter doing absolutely nothing, but when we asked for help, they told us to go back downstairs to register. If they don’t handle patients at the counter, why are they even sitting there? Isn’t there a staff lounge for that? The attitude of most nurses was rude and dismissive. We were sent back and forth between the reception and the dental floor with no clear reason. One nurse, overwhelmed because a patient was shouting at her about the broken system, began venting loudly to the doctor in front of everyone — completely unprofessional and embarrassing for the clinic’s reputation. But what truly broke my heart — and what should never be ignored — was what happened with an elderly man who arrived by ambulance, alongside his sick wife. She was clearly unwell and needed urgent care. And yet, the nurse at the desk had the audacity to casually ask, “Do you have an appointment...

I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic, and I believe the management needs to take action to improve their service. The clinic operates 24 hours, and just two days ago, I received a certain service at around 2 a.m. without any issue. However, when I returned with my brother for the same service—because we are traveling soon—the receptionist immediately told us that it could only be done during the daytime. When I questioned this inconsistency, explaining that I had received it at the same time just two days ago, I was told to check with the doctor. To my surprise, I met the same doctor who had given me the treatment earlier. At first, she acted like she didn’t remember me and repeated the same claim—that the service is only available during the day. When I reminded her that she had personally provided it to me at 2 a.m. just two days ago, she suddenly remembered. Instead of admitting the mistake and proceeding with the treatment, she told me to take a token and wait, saying it could take a long time. This was extremely frustrating. First, I was wrongly told the service was unavailable at night. Then, when she realized she was mistaken, instead of handling the situation professionally, she made me wait indefinitely—despite knowing that I needed the service urgently. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare facility where people come seeking help. Patients deserve to be treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism—not subjected to inconsistent policies and unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, this is a paid service, not a free one, so there is no excuse for such behavior. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that both the policies and the attitude of the staff are improved. No one should have to fight for basic medical services they are entitled to receive.

I had a great experience at Dubai Health Al Barsha Center. Haytham at reception was very kind, professional, and helpful. The doctor was also amazing—attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and well-organized. I truly felt taken care of. Thank you to the whole team!
