Active Fitness Store - Sheikh Zayed Road

Delivery was delayed twice due to unavailability of stock. The packaging of the table is weird with many lose items in the box which doesn't give confidence in the quality. However, after installation by professional technicians from Active Fitness store, I am fully satisfied with the quality of the table tennis and the responsiveness of the customer care team.

Awesome experience! The team at the Active Fitness Store made my son's birthday truly special. From the moment I placed the order until the final installation Kamala from the sales team followed up on everything and made the experience stress free. She found a solution to every problem and was extremely kind, helpful, and pofessional. The quality of the equipment and installation was more than I expected. My low rating is based on the following issues I’ve encountered so far: 1- Before purchasing, I searched extensively for a video about the machine, but found nothing. When I contacted the store, they confirmed they didn’t have a video available. 2- I took the risk and placed the order despite the limited information, only to discover that the amount charged was higher than the listed price. It took time and follow-up to get the difference refunded. 3- The machine was installed without any tutorial or instruction manual. The technician who came for installation promised to send a video via WhatsApp but never did. 4- Shockingly, a technical issue occurred on day one. I had to request maintenance right away.

Poor quality products with no warranty and not able to exchange. The ball wasn’t used as a slam ball and still managed to rip at the stitching, we were told no warranty and nothing they can do it’s a few months old. Thought things would be a bit different considering it wasn’t cheap in the first place

I bought a Reebok treadmill from Active fitness store. There was a gentleman called Hasil who very patiently explained the features of all machines and helped me choose the right one for my needs. He also made sure that the treadmill is delivered promptly at my house and followed up couple of times to check if everything is OK or not. Machine is working absolutely great after couple of months and I am a very happy customer !
