Sharing my experience with my car service. Very professional in regard to pickup of my car. Keeping me informed with updates and delivery of the vehicle. I truly recommend 800CarGuru. I have signed up to a 7 service plan with the help of Surbhi who has been a pleasure to work with. Very reliable company and cost effective. Truly recommend :-)

Absolutely unacceptable service from 800 Cars. Instead of threatening lawsuits for defamation, they should focus on improving their service standards. Scam Alert Zero follow-ups once the final payment is made—completely unprofessional. (Proof available) False timelines given, causing unnecessary delays. (Proof available) Vehicle returned with damages—yet another failure on their part. (Proof available) Crucial splash cover missing, which was never addressed. Turnaround time was promised at 5 minutes, yet here I am waiting for over 5 hours. No final inspection report, despite clear commitments. Promised images of replaced parts were supposed to be provided (with proof), but still nothing. Servicing standards are non-existent—the so-called "cleaning" is at a shocking 0. If you're considering using 800 Cars, think twice. Their lack of accountability, poor service, and failure to deliver on commitments make them a nightmare to deal with.

Car Guru service is excellent until they manage to sell you a service package. After that ….. disaster. Crazy charges for endless lists of “recommended”repairs, totally unresponsive team and you never get your car back on time. Days chasing them, no response or sloppy ones without clear information. Full days waiting for car delivery person (you have to be present so you wait), no one cares. If you are lucky they deliver it at some point, late at night, again you have to wait for it even if it’s well past bedtime . Basically all on their terms… so much for the hassle free so-called happiness care package. They should be ashamed of themselves and they should not be allowed to use such name either.

Worst place to bring your car! Only when police came they return damaged car! My driving experience more than 20 years, had plenty of different cars from basic cheap models brands to AMGs and currently have m5. I’m car enthusiast. Always maintained my cars at dealer workshop or respected garages. Currently we have 3 cars in the family. My wife likes Audi Q7 very much, its smoth and drives very pleasant. It was maintained in Al Nabooda. When warranty and service contract expired, “cars guru” offered and “service package”. I said okay, paid around 12,000 aed together with the tyre change for the first service. In March 2025, CG manager approached me that its time to do another service, they collected the car 15th of March, saying that it takes 2 days to do the service. Ok. So they collected the car and service advisor after inspection said that rear shocks needs to be changed. Ok, paid 5500 again for the spare parts and job, having service contract! 18th March Service advisor confirmed that all spare parts available. But it was not true. Several times they said something that its not true, or promising to follow up never come back. after 8 days having car with them, adviser promised that they deliver the car the same day, but it didn’t happen. After 11 days without the car(simple service + shocks replacement!) I decided to go there myself to investigate what happened. When I came i was surprised, car was parked outside with damaged bumper, durty, without any job done. I came inside the office and asked for the manager to come to explain what happened. When lady manager came she start to explain that they are very busy, no time to repair the car, part came yesterday night and that I need to call the police to investigate why car was damaged. I asked to make a refund and return the car to go to police to report an accident, she said that it’s not possible and argued a lot that I’m not right and that I need to leave the car or sign some documents. 🚫 Beyond Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Car Service! 🚫 ⭐ 0/5 – AVOID at all costs! I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this car service was beyond disappointing. From start to finish, it was a complete letdown, and I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their time and money. First, the booking process was a mess—unresponsive customer service, constant delays, and a complete lack of professionalism. I took my car in for an oil change, and they insisted that replacing the seal was mandatory due to an oil leak. I paid for the parts, and they assured me everything was ready. I dropped off my car first thing in the morning after a confirmation that they had the parts and could finish the job in 2 hours. However, in the afternoon, when I called for an update, they told me the job wasn’t done. They opened the car and found out that they had the wrong parts! They are still waiting from supplier for the part replacement. Evening came, they still hadn’t completed the repair but promised to deliver the car the next day. The next day, they returned my car but admitted that it wasn’t fixed because the correct parts weren’t available. They said they would contact me in 2-3 days, parts will be ready then. But no calls at all. After driving the car for two days, I heard a strange noise coming from underneath. I had to stop in the middle of the road, only to discover that the undercarriage cover was left open and hanging loose! I requested a refund, and they claimed management would get back to me, but I received no updates. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this car service to anyone. The lack of reliability, professionalism, and basic customer care is truly unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and look for a reputable alternative. ⭐ 0/5 – AVOID at all costs!
