Extremely Disappointing After-Sales Service. My new Touareg has had unresolved issues since day one, persisting for over a year. The "beautiful car" experience is ruined by lack of attention to the issue raised. The parking sensors were faulty from day one, and despite reporting it immediately and being told it would be fixed at the first service, the service team blamed sales. This internal passing of responsibility is unacceptable, and the issue remains unresolved after a year and multiple follow-ups. Additionally, I paid for paint protection, but the service team refuses to handle it, directing me to a separate third party. Why sell a warranty if your own department won't honor it? This shows a severe lack of accountability and communication. Promises made during the sale are not honored post-purchase. I expected premium service for a premium vehicle, but have been let down. Hoping these issues are finally addressed.

What can I say… The options and offers they had for cars are incredible, very budget friendly! and I had a fantastic experience with JalalEddin! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he made everything feel seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and genuine care made a big difference, and I truly appreciated how easy he made it to understand my options. Highly recommend dealing with him! I’m definitely coming back
