Highly recommended. Very nice location and plenty of parking. Amazing classes by professionals. MMA BJJ and Self-defence for all ages. Very Clean Gym. Great options for the gym membership and personal training. Has all kids of equipment for powerlifting and strength training. Kids attending the MMA and BJJ classes are truly enjoying it and learning life skills as well as discipline. As well as using there energy in the correct way. Helps with their motor skills and developments.

Coach Sargis's knowledge and attention to detail go way beyond teaching punches. He's tough and pushes you past limits you didn't know you had. The gym's fully equipped and the trainers and community are always ready to push you to improve your game

Best Coach in Dubai! Ive tired many different gyms in Dubai and this is a totally different type! Clean environment. Very reasonable prices “that includes a personal plan that is specifically for you”. Coach Nena focus all the time on each and everyone of her members and always pushes us to achieve our personal target!

World class self defence academy Much emphasis on cultural values, physical and psychological health of the members at any age. The academy has also specific experience in caring for the around wellbeing of children at all ages. Highly recommended

the best gym in dubai, coach Nina motivates us very well and we get best results, gym is very clean and comfortable. i recommend for everyone they have kids self defense classes and many more activities its like family stop place with professional coaches and good costume services
