I am a first time customer with Samra Jewelry. While visiting Dubai, I bought a beautiful ring (selecting one was challenging as everything there is unique and mesmerizing). The professional team, especially Mr. Tayeb took the time to help me choose the perfect one for me. When I travelled back to the USA I had discovered that one of the diamonds had fallen down. I communicated with Mr. Tayeb who followed up on the matter with the headquarters of the company and had me mail the ring to their partner in the USA. Diamond was replaced and mailed back at no cost to me at all. Thank you Tayeb for an exceptional customer service and thank you Samra Jewelry for replacing the diamond🙏
