We had a fantastic experience! Akshan provided excellent service—professional, friendly, and very efficient. Supervisor Shalaby was also outstanding, ensuring everything ran smoothly and going above and beyond to assist. Their teamwork and commitment to great customer care really stood out. Highly recommended!

Their coffee is absolutely delicious — especially the cappuccino, smooth and perfectly balanced. The croissant was fresh, buttery, and full of flavor! The service was excellent and very professional. I’d like to especially mention Ayman — such a respectful and well-mannered person. His warm attitude and the way he describes the food with passion truly adds to the charm of the place. Highly recommended — can’t wait to come back!

One of the best smoked salmon club sandwiches I have had the opportunity to taste!! Also got the chance to taste one of their yummy milk chocolate Eugenie 😋. Thank you Team Ladurée (Dubai Mall), Cheryl & Binod for a wonderful brunch!!
