Stayed here for a week. Rooms are clean and specious. Restaurant is good. Buffet is not up to mark. Staff is too good. Mr.Ayush at restaurant is very polite and humble.
everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I would especially like to thank the entire staff for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. A special thank you to Marwa for her kindness and attentiveness, which truly made my stay even more enjoyable.
The worst hotel you can ever experience. I do not recommend it at all. They are not flexible. I asked and their room service is bad. For two days they did not clean my room, even though I asked them to do so at the reception.
Had a great stay at King Gates Hotel Al Jadaf. The rooms were clean and comfy, with beautiful city views. A big thanks to Sujam AD from room service for his excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommend! Maha
Highly recommended hotel to stay. All staffs are very accommodating. Rooms are clean and quiet. Special thanks to the reception team especially Jack for helping us with everything we need. For sure will come back again.
